Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key FMCG clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to provide strategic guidance and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead regular client meetings and presentations, demonstrating thought leadership and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Strategic Oversight:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with clients’ goals and drive growth in the FMCG sector.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are strategically sound and deliver measurable results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
International Brand Management:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing solutions for international brands, ensuring consistency and alignment across global markets.
- Collaborate with international teams and partners to execute global strategies and adapt them to local market needs.
- Ensure all creative and strategic work meets global brand standards and local regulations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging innovation and best practices.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Address any issues or challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and project success.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new client acquisition.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing [Company Name]'s capabilities and strategic approach.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience as an Account Director or in a similar senior client management role, with a strong track record in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing international brands and executing global marketing strategies.
