Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key FMCG clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to provide strategic guidance and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead regular client meetings and presentations, demonstrating thought leadership and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with clients’ goals and drive growth in the FMCG sector.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are strategically sound and deliver measurable results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

International Brand Management:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing solutions for international brands, ensuring consistency and alignment across global markets.
  • Collaborate with international teams and partners to execute global strategies and adapt them to local market needs.
  • Ensure all creative and strategic work meets global brand standards and local regulations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging innovation and best practices.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Address any issues or challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and project success.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing [Company Name]'s capabilities and strategic approach.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Extensive experience as an Account Director or in a similar senior client management role, with a strong track record in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing international brands and executing global marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-profile accounts and delivering impactful marketing solutions.of the travel industry, including trends, terminology, and audience behavior.
