Job Summary: 

Workplace is service delivery function within Accenture which provides support onshore team to care and services to improve the way people work. The Specialist is responsible for leading Japan team to provide space management, corporate services, ensuring Turnaround Time & Quality of services, maintaining and updating all Accenture systems in tie as instructed. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, GES Global team and other related teams.

Key Responsibilities

Value Creator

  • Assist with manager on internal project/initiatives as requested
  • Increase customers’ satisfaction on the delivery of service
  • Provide knowledge and special skills sharing within team

Business Operator

  • Understand Space Management & Corporate Services’ related policies & assist resources in understanding the policies
  • Overall supervise operation processes and deliverables, Monitor the related processes to ensure the timeliness and accuracy, resource capacity and transition
  • Supervise operation improvement opportunity and offer the advises to separate team or stakeholders on the needed basis.
  • Drive the optimize projects/initiatives in the team, assist with related special projects and various operational tasks as needed
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of performance metrics and strive to meet and exceed them
  • Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.
  • Primary upward interaction is with manager. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

People Developer

  • Participate in the knowledge exchange and service review
  • Develop understanding of Japan guidance as applicable to space assignments and invoice payment
  • Improvement on business writing and interpersonal skill, develop ability to effectively communicate with customer and other teams
  • Make sure individuals have the tools and resources needed to do their work
  • Contribute to a positive work environment

  • Reports to:  Workplace GES China lead

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skillsets

  • 8+ years’ working experience in Customer services related areas
  • University degree or equivalent higher education qualification (preferably in Japanese, HR or Business related disciplines)
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good at stakeholder management, work planning and management area
  • Strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills, good writing and reading skills in English is prefer.
  • Analytical, multi-tasking skills, able to deal with high stress situations
  • Excellent technical skills with MS Excel and analytic tools
  • Be proactive, agile, passionate, accountable
  • Knowledge of basic finance processes
  • Organizational skills; Interpersonal skills; Communication skills
  • Good escalation management
