Job Description

  • 掌握财务模块各项功能,根据业务需求对流程进行评估、优化和重塑,从财务信息化角度,为客户提出并执行优化流程的解决方案;

Evaluate, optimize and reshape financial processes according to business needs with deep understanding of financial models’ functions; and propose and implement solutions for the optimization process from the perspective of financial informatization;

  • 根据客户发展规划,负责支持客户的信息化项目,与多部门合作,一起推动和支持财务信息化项目的上线与实施;

Support clients’ financial informatization projects and work with multiple departments to launch and implement them according to client development plan;

  • 跟踪财务信息化项目工作实施进度,解答客户在工作中出现的问题;
    Track project implementation process and answer questions from clients;
  • 进一步识别业务增长的机会,并推动开发业务案例;
    Identify opportunities for business growth and drive business development;
  • 根据管理团队的需求,支持流程运营管理与精益管理等其他工作

Support process operations management and lean management based on needs of the management team.


  • 5-10年信息化相关工作经验,参与过金蝶、用友等信息化平台系统上线实施项目优先,参与第三方软件架构设计优先;
    5-10 years’ experience in informatization-related projects. Experience in implementation projects of informatization platforms such as Kingdee and Yonyou, or third-party software architecture design is preferred;
  • 本科及以上学历,信息管理与信息系统、计算机、财务会计相关等专业;
    Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in information management, information systems, computer, financial accounting or related disciplines;
  • 具有较强的数据分析能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力,具备良好的客户服务意识;
    Strong data analytics and communication skills, teamwork, and customer service awareness
  • 学习能力强,能承受工作压力,乐于接受新事物;
    Strong learning ability, able to work under pressure, and openness to accept new things;
  • 了解国有企业运营模式者优先;
    Candidates with understanding of state-owned enterprises’ operating model is preferred;
  • 有财务共享服务工作优先

Finance shared services experience is a plus.
