Job Description
1、根据项目需要参与需求分析和功能设计
2、进行系统的设计、编码、测试、维护和系统性能优化
3、提供用户支持
4、协助识别用户应用配置更改.
5、参与部署实施应用程序所要求的所有活动
6、 报告流程中出现的问题
7、确保流程的实施并提出改进建议
8、协助高效、激励型团队的建设，培养团队建设能力
Qualifications
1、2年以上系统开发经验；
2、Java基础知识扎实，熟练掌握主流后台框架(Spring，Mybatis等)并且熟练掌握SQL语言，熟悉MySQL，Oracle等数据库或者JavaScript/TypeScript基础知识扎实，熟练掌握主流前台框架的一种或多种(Angular/React/Vue等)，有手机/平板相关开发经验；
3、有技术架构，或者基本设计经验者优先；
4、有对日项目经验，赴日工作经验，日语熟练读写或以上水平者优先；
5、有团队领导能力者优先。
