Job Description

1. 主导CI/CD架构设计与优化，推动工具链标准化（GitLab/Jenkins/SCC等）。 2. 设计高可用K8S集群及云原生技术栈（APIG/CDH/ES/Doris等）。 3. 开发运维平台与告警模块（Self-developed alerting module）。 4. 优化监控体系（ELK/Grafana/Prometheus）与日志分析系统。 5. 跨团队协作（使用Jira/Jetta Ticketing System）推动DevOps文化落地。

Skills Competencies 工具链 GitLab, Jenkins, Apollo, SCC, Jira 云原生 Kubernetes, Huawei Cloud服务 Alerts APIG CDH , RocketMQ, Kafka 监控与日志 ELK Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana , Prometheus, Grafana 数据库 中间件 MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, RDS, DDS, Doris 脚本与开发语言 Shell, Python, GoLang, Java, Perl 高级岗位额外要求 1. 精通复杂系统性能调优与故障排查 2. 有自研运维工具或告警模块开发经验 3. 熟悉混合云架构及大数据组件 如CDH ES 加分项 熟悉华为云生态产品 如DDS RDS Doris CCE APIG ELB RocketMQ MRS CloudTable 有Jira或Jetta工单系统定制化经验 具备微服务治理或分布式系统设计经验 英文口语流利
