Job Description

Provide IT helpdesk support for application systems.

Follow up on and resolve application support issues.

Ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.

Prepare regular reports as required.

Support assigned projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with an IT focus (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support.

Familiarity with ITIL v3 and service desk operations.

Good communication skills in both Cantonese and English and ability to communicate in English is a strong advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.

Solid problem-solving skills and a fast learner.
