Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and automation, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Aliyun services. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform to define and manage cloud infrastructure in a scalable and repeatable manner.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk, Alibaba Cloud SLS, managed Prometheus to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Security and Compliance: Integrate security practices into the DevOps process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Cloud Automation: Leverage Azure Automation, Alibaba Cloud OpenAPI and other tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in cloud environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure and GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Proficiency in Terraform.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web application server (IIS, Apache Tomcat and Nginx) management.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server management.
- Fluent English is Mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure-specific services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Container Registry, Azure SQL Database, and Azure API Management.
- Experience with Alibaba cloud specific services like Alibaba Cloud Container Service for Kubernetes, ECS, RDS, SLS and ACR.
- Knowledge of basic network management.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools (Checkmarx and GitHub Advanced Security).
- Familiarity with GitOps concepts and tools (Argo CD and Flux CD).

- CI/CD pipeline new build, onboarding, decommission, configuration updates, etc…
- DevOps Tool chain daily maintenance works with SLA
- Application deployment with CI/CD approach
- DevOps standard updates
- DevSecOps standard review, recommendation and integration
- DevOps report update for all related KPIs
- In charge of DevOps KPI presentation in Monthly governance meeting
- Bridge works between global and local for DevOps topics
- Bridge works between Application team and Infra team
