Job Description

THE WORK: Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME in SAP SuccessFactors, collaborate with teams, manage decisions, and contribute to key decisions. Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions across various projects. Exciting challenges await you!

Identify scope and define requirements for business and technology transformation projects
Create functional and/or technical specifications
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
Coordinate solution implementation and support change efforts
 

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis
Intermediate proficiency in Project Management
Expert proficiency in Change Management
