Job Description

THE WORK: Join us in a thrilling journey where you will be an expert in SAP SuccessFactors, collaborating seamlessly and managing the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Let's embark on this exciting adventure together!

Work at any stage on a business and technology transformation project
Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional and/or technical specifications
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
Coordinate the implementation of the solution and support change efforts
Be recognized for your deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge
 

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Management
Intermediate proficiency in Change Management
Expert proficiency in Data Analysis
