THE WORK:

Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.   • Involve in project implementation, business requirements analysis, business process design, SAP system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support

  • Gathering user requirement, translating functional document into technical specification

  • Ability to analyze business problems and provide technical advice

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years hands-on experience and 1 full cycle in SAP Projects Implementation (SuccessFactors Modules including EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation)

  • Experience in business requirements analysis, business process design, SAP system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support

  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules either EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of English and Mandarin
