THE WORK: You will be part of an exciting team that collaborates and manages projects to drive performance. As an expert in Master Data Management (MDM), you will be responsible for making team decisions and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with teams to drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives Manage and make team decisions to ensure project success Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) Master proficiency in Life Sciences Serialization A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills Bachelor's Degree BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Data Analytics Advanced proficiency in Data Governance Intermediate proficiency in Data Integration Beginner proficiency in Data Quality Management Intermediate proficiency in Data Privacy

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital consulting, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiar with Life Science commercial management data entity and data flow.
    Has solid understanding of Life Science MNC business model and enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in written and speaking English in working environment.
  • Experiences and proven record in senior client dialogues.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
