Job Description

THE WORK: Are you ready to be an SME in Business Design, collaborate, and manage the team to perform? Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Contribute solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Join us in shaping the future! Design future state manufacturing organizational, operational, and technical models Translate strategy and value opportunities to the manufacturing and operations domain Create business cases for core manufacturing and operations capabilities: environmental health and safety, operations, maintenance, quality, and Intelligent Asset Management functions Increase sustainable operations with a more productive digital workforce HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Business Design Intermediate proficiency in Business Case Development A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate Value Architecture & Realization proficiency Intermediate Business Model Strategy proficiency
