Job Description

了解业务和客户的需求，帮助客户实现可落地的数字化转型
依据业务需求，快速适应不同的项目角色（包括但不限于设计、开发、项目管理等）
学习全球主流商务软件的使用及设计等知识，掌握从设计到测试的基本流程，并完成相关基础工作
通过不断学习，最终成为不仅熟知业务，且可独立完成需求分析的上流设计的高级IT咨询顾问

Qualifications

2023、2024届海内外本、硕毕业生（优秀者可放宽至2021、2022年毕业生）
专业不限，需对IT业务感兴趣，IT专业优先考虑
具备良好的日语听说读写能力，日语口语流利或日语一级相当优先考虑
良好的逻辑思维能力及快速学习能力，有志在金融、通信媒体与高科技、高端产品制造、能源资源等行业发展自己IT职业生涯
