Job Description

1. 与客户沟通，分析客户的需求，参与解决方案的制定；
2. 运用云技术，大数据平台技术，构建数据分析平台，负责开发，维护，优化；
3. 负责数据分析平台项目的搭建，参与数据平台的设计，创建，开发和维护；
4. 参与数据分析，数据挖掘，项目的设计，开发和维护。
5. 负责项目的推进，包括但不限于，项目管理，相关方管理，对外对内的沟通协调，进度，成本，品质控制等；
6. 参与的team的构建和成员能力的培养。

7. 工作地点：大连/上海/日本

Qualifications

1. 日语一级，听说读写熟练；
2. 本科以上学历，5年及其以上工作经验；
3. 有多年开发交付类项目的架构，设计，开发经验；
4. 熟悉主流的数据类产品，包括BI/ETL/MDM/BigData，以及多种主流云平台者优先；
5. 对系统架构，云架构，前后端，基盘都有一定的了解；
6. 有一定的项目管理，人员管理经验；
7. Python，R语言优先，Java等经验也可，可接受其它技术者转型。
