Job Description

•    Driving the growth of the Talent and Organization practice
•    Leading and developing a team of Change Management practitioners, providing coaching as and when required
•    Driving the sales process including sales origination, teaming, proposal creation and client presentations
•    Providing direction for the delivery of Talent and Organization related engagements, including as part of large-scale transformations
•    Defining and delivering the future workforce and future of work for clients
•    Leading the developing of offerings and assets building 
•    Taking part in Marketing related activities to strengthen Accenture’s Talent and Organization positioning in the market
•    Being part of a regional and global network and working with different teams across the Accenture ecosystem

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of HR related experience, and 5 years experience in HR management consulting
  • Prior experience in HR operating model, HR process design and HR related IT planning is key, experience in SAP HR is a plus
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in quantitative qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to Operating Model Organization Design, Operating Model Design Implementation, Operating Model Organization Analytics, HR Process Design, HR Process Design, HR Delivery Strategy, HR Policy Development Maintenance and other HR related areas, able to design flexible, fit for purpose HR Operating Models to meet the client s business needs and culture
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment
