Partner with client IT team in managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA project initiatives
Participate as part of client IT team for providing consulting advice, managing third party vendor’s SAP support services
Coordinate with the client business users/ IT teams to jointly resolve issues, gather user requirements on Change Requests in creating Functional Specifications
Take lead in all phases of SAP projects initiatives, Change Requests deployment from scoping, effort estimation, planning, execution, risk management, go-live and support.
Responsible for ensuring that SAP projects initiatives, Change Requests are delivered within scope, quality, time, and budget requirements.
Accountable for developing & managing project plans and coordinating the activities of the project team and sub-team.
Manage stakeholder relationships at the project level.
Provide project status reports & phase reports to internal PMO & stakeholders in a timely manner.
Manage all change requests, scope or resource requirements within the project timeline and budget
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
5 years of experience in SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) projects for BW/BO/SAC/BPC modules in complex system integration case
Must have full cycle SAP implementation/ support experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills. Possesses outstanding listening & communication skills.
Sound leadership skills in managing consulting, client IT team or third party vendors. Identifies and resolves team conflict and team member performance issues, and actively stimulates mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Excellent presentation skills including preparing and delivering a presentation on project status to project stakeholders and the management team.
Independent worker and the ability to work with minimum guidance & directions
Language proficiency: English, Mandarin/ Cantonese (preferred but not mandatory)
