Job Description

岗位职责:

· 负责企业级客户及其IT产品的事件管理。作为中间协调人,积极联系工程师与客户,沟通协调解决方案,促进事件的进展、提高客户的满意度。

· 定期跟踪、汇报case相关进展、参与解决方案的讨论与协调。

· 积极协调、主持与客户的会议



Qualifications

岗位要求:

· 3 及以上年企业级客户支持经验

· 粤英双语听说读写流利

· 熟练使用办公软件 Excel, PPT等

· 有良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力

· 有技术支持,数据分析、大客户管理经验优先
