Job Description

Location: Hong Kong

This role will have the opportunity to lead the Talent and Organisation Practice in Hong Kong, including the shaping and delivery of organizational change management solutions across different industries, drawing on expertise across the Accenture ecosystem from our local, regional and global networks. More specifically, we are looking for experience in:

  • Practice building in a management consulting context
  • Driving large scale transformational change including but not limited to business transformations, digital and agile transformations, systems implementations, HR related transformations, culture change and learning
  • Driving sales and revenue including sales origination, solutioning, resource definition and proposal creation
  • Building and maintaining senior level relationships at client organisations
  • Leading the development of offerings and thought leadership
  • Being part of a global network and working in cross functional, cross disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities     

  • •    Driving the growth of the Talent and Organisation practice in Hong Kong
    •    Leading and developing a team of Change Management practitioners, providing coaching as and when required
    •    Driving the change initiation/transformation program origination, ideation, C level presentations, team development, proposal creation 
    •    Providing direction for the delivery of Talent and Organisation related engagements, including as part of large-scale transformations
    •    Defining and delivering the future workforce and future of work for clients
    •    Leading the developing of offerings and assets building 
    •    Taking part in Marketing related activities to strengthen Accenture’s Talent and Organisation positioning in the market
    •    Being part of a regional and global network and working with different teams across the Accenture ecosystem


•    Change Management experience is a must
•    Change initiation/transformation program experience
•    Experienced in senior leadership/ stakeholder engagement
•    Utilizing functional and industry knowledge to diagnose complex client issues and developing appropriate recommendations
•    Ideating with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges and to position Accenture’s capabilities in the Change Management space
•    Working with our clients to re-frame complex business challenges
•    Working in regional, global and cross functional teams
•    Ideally fluent in both English and Cantonese, conversant in Mandarin
