1.Finance & Accounting Lead will operate delivery for Accenture’s top-tier clients, working closely with the delivery teams
2.Operations management of all processes within the client delivery scope Developing a sound understanding of financial metrics and relevant contractual obligation.
3.Assisting in identifying and retaining business growing opportunities
4.Managing the cost spending on plan and maximize the margin
5.Supporting the process of Contract Change Request and new process transition
6.Working with key stakeholders, Accenture and client, to ensure seamless and cost efficient performance on behalf of client
7.Updating Service Framework that includes service measurement process and service management reporting structure
8.Leading the team that focuses on client service delivery, people development and financial management
9.Retaining and developing employees effectively and conducting regular performance reviews on direct reports
10.Maintaining employee satisfaction levels
11.Acting as point of contact for overall service issues including quality of service and repetitive incident and ensure timely query resolution by Customer Service team and demand prioritization
12.Developing monthly service management reports for Operation Committee Review 13.Participating monthly Service Management Review with BPO Center Management and Attrition Review with BPO HR representative
14.Facilitate communications to staff regarding change in policies, processes Initiate Process continuous improvement through using Operation Excellence practices
1. University Degree /Master from Top Tier Institutes
2. Good verbal and written communication, client management skills, Service performance oriented and problem solving ability Prefer more than 8 years working experience across Industry or Outsourcing organizations with people management skills Candidates with an experience in 3. SAP and data analytics would be preferred
