1. 5年以上HR产品 软件实施经验 有HR产品自研经验者优先
2. 熟悉HR核心人事 薪酬 绩效等业务领域管理重点 能力模型 业务流程
3. 具备组织 管理至少5名以上团队成员能力
4. 具备系统软件实施项目各阶段工作能力 如需求分析 方案设计 流程优化 产品设计 系统测试 系统上线实施等
5. 对人力咨询服务行业产品有一定的了解
