Job duties of this Role:
- Establish, review, implement and monitor the execution of testing strategy
- Develop test schedule and communicates to all stakeholders
- Prepare test case planning with documentation and management of testing throughout the project.
- Provide advice on technical decisions and testing practice to testing team members
- Act as onshore test lead to provide project testing estimation and coordination, scope control and monitoring of multiple projects in parallel.
- Acquire, train and develop resources to improve team competency
- Plan and conduct Deployment verification test and Post-implementation verification test
- Review and improves test approach, test methodology, and test process
- Communicate extensively with multiple parties include managing client stake-holders from different regions, business users, consulting partners and testing team.
- Implement best practices in testing practices/tools, technology trends, for all projects
Qualifications

- Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines
- 3 years and above relevant experience in end-to-end Quality Assurance & Testing
- Ability to strategize the right test approaches by leveraging best practices and methodologies, proven experience in team management and working with offshore delivery team
- Strong exposure to testing best practices particularly in
- Integration testing
- Automation testing
- Business knowledge in wagering, or exposure to high transaction applications
- Practical experience in manual end-user testing of front-end applications would be favorable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders
- High interest and abreast to the latest technology trend
