Job Summary

 

Serves as the Operations for Global Partner Development Directors by providing guidance, support, and expertise for operations processes and tools to improve productivity and increase focus on driving Practice metrics program.  Based on acknowledged expertise, provides feedback to the input of the improvement, implementation and maintenance of Operations Support Model.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide acknowledged expertise and guidance to global requestors of Alliance Metrics Practice
  • Process Practice coding approach by coordinate with multiple functions and teams
  • Assisted Partner Development Directors in verifying Practice with project team (CAL and TAL)
  • Work with Partner Development Directors in data analysis by provide reporting assistance
  • Supports Partner Development Leads by proactively communicating issues and status regularly
  • Complies with and fully understands metrics related policies and requirements
  • Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures
  • Works effectively within and contributes to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Education: 

Bachelor degree in economy, business, marketing, sales or relevant studies/qualifications

  • Work Experience:         

Typically has 3-5 years of experience

  • Work Requirements:
