As a Senior Manager, he or she will need to be able to articulate commerce solutions both internally and externally and must be capable to actively collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive delivery success.Key Responsibilities- Lead/ collaborate with project teams to deliver consulting and systems implementation projects related to commerce, with timely communication and client’s stakeholder management- Conduct benchmarking activities against industry trends and leading players around commerce, and propose best practices- Drive and conduct activities to gather and analyze business needs with commerce- Conduct assessment to identify gaps with client’s current situations, and propose future-state design & options, opportunities, and implementation approach/ roadmap- Drive and conduct activities to define functional and non-functional requirements with commerce platform and solutions- Perform solutioning of commerce platforms and solutions- Conduct and support commerce platform and solutions implementation activities- Assist and prepare RFI/ RFP and business cases for clients if applicable- Support new business opportunities and RFPs internally- Support commerce capability building activities internally
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:- With minimum 10 years of experience in delivering digital projects with at least 5 years of experience in commerce related projects (B2C, B2B or B2B2C)- Multiple project experience in commerce platform and OMS implementation, from packaged solutions (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Adobe) to custom-built solution- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and solve undefined or complex problems- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability in terms of interacting professionally with diverse group of key decision-makers, both internally and externally- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in both verbal and written English, and Mandarin- Knowledge and experience with agile methodology and project delivery is preferred- Knowledge and experience with design thinking methodology and project delivery is preferred- Prior consulting working experience is a plus- Prior exposure to local ecosystems integration (e.g., marketplaces, WeChat mini programs, PSP, 3PL) is a plus- Prior exposure to PIM and CMS is a plus- Prior exposure to commerce business operations is a plus- Prior cross-regional project experience is a plus- Exposure to retail and consumer goods industry is a plus#LI-SH1
