Job Description

Support development of new opportunities with both existing clients and new clients, and delivery of client work for SAP related engagements in China. More specifically, they will have the following responsibilities:
Opportunity Development
1) Executive presence - ability to quickly understand business issues and formulate SAP digital solution as well as articulate the value proposition from both business and IT executives’ view.
2) Develop compelling business case/response to new business opportunities;
3) Bring Accenture's suite of offerings to meet our clients' long-term and short-term needs.
4) Collaborate with SAP practice capability lead to form the best team on the proposal development and client presentation.
Shape and Deliver Strategy Program of Work
5) Understand strategic and financial business drivers and frame potential solutions;
6) Utilize structured problem solving to develop hypothesis-driven work plans and approaches;
7) Apply financial techniques to derive analytically-driven business case scenarios, risks, and options;
8) Manage Accenture program financial performance and risks (i.e., contracting, project scoping, etc.).
Client Relationship Development and Management
9) Develop trusted relationships with key decision makers across the client organization;
10) Facilitate employee and stakeholder engagement programs;
11) Build and manage strong client and Accenture teams thru collaboratively work with the across DTE team. 

Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university;
2) Minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant management consulting with experience creating business cases, evaluating financial performance, creating valuation models and performing market and competitive analysis;
3) Minimum of 8-10+ years’ experience in related industry.
