Job Summary

 

Serves as the key contact for Strategic Partner AWS (AABG) Directors by providing guidance, support, and expertise for operations processes and tools to improve productivity and increase focus on driving Alliance Practice (Sales & Revenue) & Third Party (Cash & In-Kind) Compensation programs. Based on acknowledged expertise, provides feedback to the input of the improvement, implementation and maintenance of Operations Support Model.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities (Alliance Practice)

 

  • Provide acknowledged expertise and guidance to AWS/ABG PDD & GTM of Ecosystem Alliance Metrics of Attribute, assist PDD & Representatives in Ecosystem Attribute verification

·       Hold necessary training session to PDD and/or team members to best understand the metric

  • Generate regular reporting and penetrations
  • Supports Ecosystem Management by proactively communicating issues and status regularly to AABG Leadership & Operations Lead

 

 

Key Responsibilities (3PC)

 

·       Budget management and forecast

·       Cost report preparing and analysis

·       Pre-reimbursement and reimbursement to offset monthly Cash Investments by working with VI Ops & Finance

  • Works effectively within and contributes to a team-oriented environment 
  • Strong computer skills in Excel Micro, QlikView and Powerpoint are preferred

AABG Global Operation Lead, Ecosystem & Ventures Operation Lead

  • Supervises:

N/A

  • External Relationships:

N/A

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education: 

Relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) would be an advantage

  • Work Experience:         

Typically has minimum of 7+ years of experience, finance background are highly preferred

  • Work Requirements: 

Fluent English in both oral and writing
