Key Responsibilities




  • Drive end to end mobilization/transition as a business partner/advisor for the capabilities
  • Work/interface with leadership to manage and implement key programs and initiatives
  • Manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the location, working with global CoE and local counterparts to implement new programs and adopt best practice.
  • Create and manage work stream/project plans and develop business cases in aid of strategic projects
  • Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream owners
  • Drive and produce program/project communications plans and materials, agenda and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed
  • Work as the SPOC for the Japanese speaking community (both internal and external) across the BPT support spectrums including but not limited to Communication, Client visit, PMO support
  • Other ad-hoc tasks from assigned by leadership or backing up colleagues within the team.

  • A Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and experience managing programs and initiatives
  • Highly proficient Japanese language and conversational English
  • Capable of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite
  • Strong communications skills – able to work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders in a virtual environment.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders in US, EMEA time zone and manage calls, deliverables as necessary
  • PMP certification would be a plus
  • Experience managing transition would be a plus
  • Flexible, quick to adapt and fast learner
