Job Summary

                

        Support China payroll operation and be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables.

        Be the contact point to the stakeholders for the responsible entities.

        Participate in the continuous improvement projects/initiatives

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Payroll Solutions Senior Analyst will support payroll and benefit administration activities for the responsible entities, which includes,

 

  • Payroll processing, i.e. data validation/collection/maintenance, output reconciliation, payroll audit and reporting, and ongoing support of payroll inquiries.
  • Benefit administration, i.e., Enrollment, termination and payment processing for local/global insurance & statutory benefit programs and ongoing support of benefit inquiries.
  • Be the knowledge expert and the first escalation point in the team for the owned processes and entities.
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders on process changes or recommendations.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives/projects. Support the quality assurance and ensure the process metrics can be met.
  • Be a role model in the team. Shadow new joiners.

·         Reports to:  AEE China Payroll Solution Team Lead


Qualifications and Skillsets

 

  • 3+ years’ working experience in payroll related areas
  • Undergraduate degree, majoring in relevant areas would be a plus
  • Good English writing and oral communication skills
  • Analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking skills, under pressure
  • Excellent technical skills with MS Excel and Outlook
  • Be proactive, agile, passionate, accountable
  • Familiarity with Labor & Employment Law and tax regulations would be a plus
