Job Summary

This role is responsible for the assembly and distribution of in-scope internal communications from APAC (excluding Philippines) requestors. Memos are created in multiple tools (wordpress, Stensul, etc.) that allows designing and formatting all communications based on customers’ needs. This role will follow a process where clients submit their request in the Global Mailer SharePoint and complete a form that covers all the information needed to create a memo. Once this request is completed, this role starts working in toolsand sends a verification or test to the clients for review & approval. When the memo is finally approved by the clients, it is to be sent/released to audience provided by clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Create communications including article page-[], Rich-text email, Portal Actions & Notifications and Stensul image email.

·       Ensure delivery of communications

·       Monitor the communications based on customer needs

·       Complete metric data to create reports about the service

·       Respond to customer´s needs in a timely manner

·       Ensure great interaction with customers through different channels of communication

·       Contribute to the resolution of doubts about Mailer

·       Attend global meetings to address issues, share experiences & provide updates, etc.

·       Resolve/escalate issues during the process of sending communications

·       Mailer requests SharePoint maintenance (infopath) and improvement

·       Basic proof reading on the to-be-released memo

·       Provide mailer release analysis report based on client’s request

·       Continuous process improvement

·       Ad-hoc project conducted to increase user experience or satisfaction

Knowledge and Skills Required

·       Excellent English language skills

·       Skilled to prioritize work

·       Ability to anticipate customer requirements

·       Assure good interpersonal skills

·       Good written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to write and comprehend emails and instructions

·       Intermediate knowledge of Excel and formatting data in Excel                  

·       Ability to sit through and filter right data to churn out and maintain reports as required

·       Ability to send out general emails requesting information if that is not provided

·       Ability to ensure that all required information is filled in properly every time the spreadsheet or Share Point is to be updated

·       Good at following instructions and following processes as laid down     

·       Flexibility to work occasionally from home to attend Global meetings or handle urgent cases after working time

·       Good team player

·       Cross-region collaboration



·       Reports to:            Accenture Direct Dalian Marketing Support Team lead 

·       External Relationships:   Stakeholders from Global Internal Communications Team, BA and Manila Mailer team; Accenture mailer requestors in APAC (excluding Philippines)



Education:       Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent

Language:        Proficient spoken and written English

Applications:   Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel), Accenture Mailer Tool

Experience:      3~5 years working experience in communication
