Key Responsibilities
  • Capture user requirements and translate them into functional Siebel/myRequests/ServiceNow enhancements
  • Provide support to users being capable of resolving troubleshooting issues
  • Register Siebel/myRequests/ServiceNow issues to CIO when necessary and be responsible on the final resolution.
  • Siebel/myRequests/ServiceNow monthly and quarterly User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Train users on Siebel/myRequests/ServiceNow and new procedures
  • Participate in/Initiate all work related meetings
  • Global ServiceNow migration
  • Initiatives assigned from the global lead
  • Siebel Maintenance:
  1. New User Setup and Maintenance
  2. Licenses Inventory
  3. Process/Sub-Process/Reason maintenance
  4. Service Request/Activity/E-Mail Template maintenance
  5. Predefined queries maintenance
  6. Siebel rules set up and maintenance
  7. Create New mapping for myRequests
  • Global myRequests Maintenance
    1. Catmap maintenance
    2. Bottom/body message maintenance
    3. Website and link maintenance
    4. Answer query
 
  • Global ServiceNow Maintenance
    1. Category mapping maintenance
    2. Email template maintenance
    3. Assignment group maintenance
    4. SLA maintenance
    5. Mailbox maintenance
    6. Mandatory Attachment/On screen message maintenance
 
Relationships
  • Reports to:                                Global Siebel & MyRequests Lead
  • Internal Relationships:               All function teams
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent. 
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experiences in Siebel/myRequests/ServcieNow or related fields
