Sales Capture

Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

  • Establish qualification and win strategy and power map;
  • Coordinate internal sales team resources; manage solution/proposition develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc.
  • Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained
  • Demonstrate deep content, industry and business acumen within area of sales, especially for emerging industry
  • Provide strategic consulting, scheme digital transformation, and help client to complete implementation
  • Exhibit strong understanding of our assets and offerings
 
Account Management
  • Responsible to achieve the revenue and profitability target at client account level for Accenture BPS offering per annual plan
  • Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure BPS offering maintain high implementation and ongoing delivery standard per contractual requirement at client account level
  • Responsible to ensure all BPS offering at client account level meet the Accenture control, compliance and contractual requirement
  • Owns the BPS offering related client relationship at account level
  • Drive customer satisfaction for BPS offering for client at account level

Qualification

Soft Skill:

  • 10 years+ working experience with sales or business development, management consulting, project management, customer management experience;
  • Industry specialization with high tech, product, resource or web scale / unicorn companies;
  • Intellectual capacity and relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions;
  • Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication;
  • Have Knowledge of supply chain and information technology is a plus;
  • Ability of fast learning, can work under pressure and willing to accept new things;
  • Strong capability in establishing a business proposal in written and excellent Presentation and communication skill;
  • Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.

 

Domain Knowledge:

F&A Domain:

  • Solid Finance & Accounting background with 8+ years Finance & Accounting experiences in either Corporate Finance or Finance consulting
  • Relevant project experience is highly preferred in Finance transformation/Finance SSC Design, Finance process optimization area
  • Familiar with major ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc.)

HR Domain:

  • 8+ years HRSSC (internal/outsourcing) experiences in both Operation or account management
  • HR relevant consulting experience is highly preferred in HRT, HRSSC Design area (potential target outsourcing/consulting firm like ADP, CDP, 外服,中智,Deloitte, E&Y, Aon Hewitt etc.)
  • Solid knowledge on HR operation incl. HR services, recruiting, employee queries, payroll &benefits support etc.

Supply Chain and Procurement Domain:

  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain management and/or consulting experiences preferably in logistics service, IT/High-Tech, retail, manufacturing, auto or industrial goods.
  • Relevant experiences in design, build and deployment of supply chain strategies, process improvement, material planning and forecasting, inventory management, service operations and network optimization
  • Solid category knowledge for end-to-end supply chain categories and detailed understanding of TMS technologies
