Main Responsibilities

 

·         Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened

·         Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels

·         Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches

·         Communicate with candidates for initial selection

·         Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports

·         Work with department manager for big projects

·         Coordinate interviews

·         Provide consulting services / advices to candidates

·         Complete other tasks assigned by department manager

 

Main Requirements

 

·         Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required     

·         Have 2+ years recruiting experience including direct hire, temporary staffing, relocation and immigration

·         Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is also highly preferred

·         Must be flexible and able to work as part of a remote team

·         Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates

·         Think creatively, with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for areas of improvement

·         Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written)\

·         Conflict management skills

·         Strong Organizational skills

·         Must be able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management, both within Accenture as well as within the industry

·         Proficient in email communications

·         Can understand clients’ requirements clearly

·         Have deep understanding of job descriptions

·         Detailed, focused and possess good analytical skills

·         Language requirement: English language ability is necessary, and Japanese language ability is plus

 

NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization.

Basic Accountabilities

 

·         Focusing on key positions that are experiencing a short-fall in qualified candidates

·         Coordinate with business hiring manager/s and BUHR on hiring requests

·         Analyzing present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods, to include using advanced various search techniques (if resources available) for identifying qualified candidates

·         Networking with Industry associations, both in large established organizations as well as online professional interest groups

·         Developing and implementing communication templates and plans for targeted solicitations of interest and referral requests

·         Seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research and solicitations to relevant individuals and organizations

·         Ability to synthesize job requirements and develop a search from the information provided

·         Capable of pro-actively requesting changes to job descriptions as needed

·         Excellent knowledge of the capabilities of the internet for data acquisition, and advanced keyword-search familiarity

·         Experience with job postings, both online and in print

·         Familiar with branding, marketing and advertising efforts as it relates to recruitment

·         Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest

·         High comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations

·         Selection and interview for professional level hiring

·         Report hiring status of Service businesses
