Overall Responsibility

 

Perform the functions of the Time and Expense responsibilities for countries supported by the team to ensure successful achievement of business and financial goals

 

Experience/Knowledge Required

 

  • Commerce / Business / Accounting Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum two years commercial experience in a business environment
  • PC Skills (Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and email)

Role Expectations

 

10% of Time Providing Financial Leadership

 

·         Analysis and development of recommendations for process improvements to the Time and Expenses ANZ Team Lead / Specialist

·         Participation in training programmers 

 

90% of Time Focused on On-Going Operations of the AEE CHINA Time and Expenses ANZ Team

 

·         Work within the AEE Time and Expenses team to improve performance and address issues

·         Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of Time and Expenses processes to internal customers by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices

·         Implementation of operational improvements as required

 

AEE CHINA Time and Expenses ANZ Scope of Processes

 

·         Manage myTE system for ANZ team to facilitate the collection of Time and Expense reporting for all ANZ employees

·         Upload information from myTE to Accenture’s financial accounting system

·         Management of documentation for expenses submitted by individuals

·         Communicate and follow up on missing time reports on a semi-monthly basis

·         Manage the process of clearance of time and expense partially posting run error generated by expense adjustment using of invalid charge codes

·         Manage of expense envelopes, tracking and validation of envelopes

·         Post pay audit of expenses focusing on compliance and business appropriateness.  Compliance focusing on matching of receipts to amounts claimed on expense report; validity of receipts; correct use of exchange rates etc.  Business appropriateness focusing on those expenses that are not justified per Accenture policy

·         Cooperate with other teams such as HR, Payroll, and RMS for information sharing and update

·         Understanding of appropriate statutory provisions for each country in ANZ in relation to time and expense reporting

·         Check termination employee’s data and reimbursement to ensure the debit balance from them will be clear

·         Collation of policy questions relating to internal Accenture to pass onto appropriate financial accounting policy experts as appropriate

职务要求

 

10% 的时间提供财务指导

·         业务处理的分析及改进,并提供相关建议给澳洲组组长/专员

·         参与培训计划

 

90% 的时间进行埃森哲(大连)业务服务中心(AEE CHINA)时间和费用组的业务操作

 

·         AEE CHINA时间和费用组的业务操作,改进服务效绩,阐明待解决的问题

·         在对内部客户的时间和费用进行操作时,与客户沟通,确定并采用最优方法,确保向客户提供适宜的财务管理及建议

·         按要求完成业务操作的改进

 

埃森哲(大连)业务服务中心时间和费用澳洲组工作范畴

 

·         管理myTE澳洲相关系统,收集澳洲员工的时间和费用报表

·         将信息从myTE传到埃森哲财务系统

·         管理员工提交的费用文件

·         以半月为周期,沟通,管理,并跟进未提交的时间和报表报告

·         整理并清除由于在myTE时间和费用报表中手动调整费用时由于使用无效的代码而产生的数据错误

·         管理及追踪费用报销信封

·         报销后费用审核,侧重在业务花费的合理性,发票金额与填报额度是否一致,发票有效性及汇率差率是否正确等

·         业务花费合理性的审核主要针对不符合埃森哲公司政策的费用。

·         与其它关系密切的工作组协作及沟通,建立良好关系以便信息共享及互相更新

·         了解ANZ国家关于时间和费用的申报规定

·         审查将要离职的员工的数据和申请费用,确保没有debit balance发生

·         分析客户关于埃森哲内部政策的疑问,提交给相应财务会计政策专员解答
