Main Responsibilities
The candidate will work as lead of consulting recruiting team to support business leaders in Accenture. The Individual will work with business leadership and HR Service Delivery Lead  to understand the business environment and short term/long term business expansion plans, create sourcing strategy to meet business needs in collaboration with supply & demand team. On the other hand, this individual is responsible for internal communication across recruiting teams and business leadership, including recruiting status collection and update, talent pool market research, and leading souring strategy discussion and summary.
Hands-on delivery job and lead team on delivery job:
  1. Understand Greater China talent strategy and provide the related talent acquisition strategy  
  2. Lead several recruiting teams includes Mainland and HK, experience and campus recruitment.
  3. Communicate with internal business leads for new positions opened;
  4. Manage recruiting process and optimize searching channels;
  5. Work with department manager for big talent acquisition projects;
  6. Able to communicate externally for improving Accenture branding, explore hiring channels widely. 
Recruitment operations
1. Analyzing present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods, to include using advanced various search techniques (if resources available) for identifying qualified candidates
2. Coordinate with business hiring manager/s and BUHR on hiring requests;
3.Focusing on key positions that are experiencing a short-fall in qualified candidates.
4. Networking with Industry associations, both in large established organizations as well as online professional interest groups.
5. Developing and implementing communication templates and plans for targeted solicitations of interest and referral requests.
6. Seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research and solicitations to relevant individuals and organizations.
7. Ability to synthesize job requirements and develop a search from the information provided.
8. Capable of pro-actively requesting changes to job descriptions as needed.
9. Excellent knowledge of the capabilities of the internet for data acquisition, and advanced keyword-search familiarity.
10.Experience with job postings, both online and in print.
11.Familiar with branding, marketing and advertising efforts as it relates to recruitment.
12.Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
13.High comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations.
14.Selection and interview for professional level hiring;
15.Report hiring status of Service businesses;
Main Requirements
NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast paced organization, MNC matrix experience preferred.
  1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required;
  2. Strong leadership and people management to guide junior recruiters
  3. Have 10+ years recruiting experience and 3 years+ recruitment management.
  4. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.
  5. Must be able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management, both within Accenture as well as within the industry;
Other preferences:
  1. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is also highly preferred;
  2. Think creatively, with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for areas of improvement;
  3. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written)
  4. Conflict management skills;
  5. 12.Can understand clients requirements clearly;
  6. 14.Detailed, focused and possess good analytical skills
