Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the service reporting and drive reporting optimization, establishes report templates (from service management perspective) for new transitions/work scope, manages own workload based upon a calendar of regularly scheduled reports and other recurring tasks
  • Produces Finance/CRM reports (Siebel, Scorecard, Metrics) compiling data from various source systems (SSRS) ensuring all data is accurate and reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • Assists with and responds to ad hoc requests from within and outside of immediate team, regularly contacts with functions for change request and problem solving for reporting tools
  • Service management Toolkit standardization, Maintains and timely updates the reporting tool (Data Base Tools) as needed, leads report enhancement projects and provide training as needed
  • Service portfolio management, Maintain and improved the relationship with Customers
  • Develop VoC (voice of customers) Action Plan, Identify Questions and Audience, Run the Voice of the Customer implementation and Monitor results/ Report
  • Be responsible for center operation’s incident management, problem management and escalation management, lead and drive local level service management initiatives
  • center and global service review set up/improvement, and action follow up
  • Provides support to various operation programs, including both centre-wise initiatives and cross capabilities projects within the AEE organization
  • Follow up ad-hoc assignments/activities from global SM CoE. Other service management related tasks assigned by the service management lead, Analytics Lead and BO&S lead.
  • Analyze information and prepare management reports and other materials for leadership meetings. Monitor and improve the accuracy of data.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical tools for analyzing datasets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reports to: AEE Dalian BO&S lead
  • Internal Relationships: All function teams within AEE global organization
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science or relevant field;
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experiences in service management and reporting or related fields
  • Prior experience working in analytics environment preferred

Technical Skill Requirements
  • Advanced Excel, Access skills. Experienced with Siebel (super users preferred), PowerPoint
  • Service Management related knowledge definitely an asset
  • Knowledge of R or Python
  • Experience of using business intelligence tools (e.g.  Power BI, Tableau/ Qlik S)
