Key Responsibilities
Products AAPAC OSP Team Lead responsibilities includes (not limited to):
o Lead, engage, motivate and manage Products AAPAC Sales Operations Support Team (OSP) based in Dalian or other geolocation. Team size: ~6 FTEs
o New hire, on-boarding and training; track all new hires and ensure great on-boarding experience. Maintain on-boarding documents and training plans to help all new hires become productive and operate independently as soon as they’ve completed their onboarding
o Develop short term to long term individual development plan and maximize individual potentials; maximize team performance
o Organize OSP training for system/ process/policy updates and changes
o Define, track and manage OSP KPI and compliance
o Resources management: Workload balance, backup coverage, team expansion
o Risk, issue & escalation: Proactively listen to, address and deploy solution quickly
o HR Admin: OT, leave, time report review, new hire
o Team budget management
o Organize regular team meetings
Products AAPAC Sales Operations Lead responsibilities includes (not limited to):
o Oversee day to day sales operations deliverables in Products Asia Pacific, South Africa, Middle East and Turkey, working closely with senior leadership team and sales executives under a horizontal or matrixed business environment
o Oversee regular new business review meetings to ensure efficiency in organization and effectiveness in discussion at both client service group and operating unit level
o Define, maintain and improve internal sales operations process, documents, guidelines and handbook. Maintain sales operations support delivery excellence
o Promote rotation in the new to internal online system such as to improve digital adoption among leadership team and sales executives cross all levels
o Monitor sales pipeline compliance, data quality and perform regular data patrol to enable pipe forecast-ability.
o Provide guidance for internal sales process navigation, enable senior leadership and sales executives to perform their role effectively with internal sales operations orientation or approval process trainings
o Bridge Products AAPAC OSP team and Products CSG and OU level leadership team with a positive and trusting relationship environment. Create synergy and consensus cross all levels
o Deliver consistent and high-quality work under stress and flexible hours to interlock with global sales operations stakeholders and professionals network, other corporate functions (finance, legal, HR, marketing) and growth platforms.
o Participate in regular internal meetings, building influence, escalating or raising business insights, feedbacks and suggestions in sales operations domain on behalf of PRD AAPAC
o Organize sales or pipeline report & analytics for leadership team to support business strategy analysis and planning.
o Being the champion of Products AAPAC on internal business-related process, tools and systems, as well as an expert on Manage mySales (MMS) system UAT, data inputting, extracting and analysis 
o Program management: Drive, support and manage OG, OU and CSG priority based initiatives and programs
o Handle risks, issues and conflicts in a calm and effective manner
o Articulate internal process in a clear and professional manner to business stakeholders at all levels  
Work Experience
  • 5+ years working experience in sales operations
  • 3+ years experiences in project and program management, PMP certified is a plus
  • 2+ years experiences in people management or have been in a team lead role for 2 years minimal
  • Experience on operation excellence and analytics is a plus
  • Fluency in English language communication day to day, excellent oral, written and comprehension skills in business environment. Artful communication in a complex and sensitive situation
