  • Responsible for managing Workplace Services and Operations across Accenture’s Greater China portfolio and people. This includes –
  • Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across all Accenture business entities as per defined service metrics and business expectations.
  • Setting up geography specific Workplace priorities and objectives in line with Accenture’s global and local business objectives.
  • Establish and oversee the Workplace Solutions operating and capital budgets in line with the global and local directions and market conditions. This includes monthly variance analysis, annual/quarterly forecasting and long-term planning.
  • Direct and manage Greater China real estate portfolio - optimize space utilization and effectiveness across corporate, client delivery and acquisition offices, relationships with the landlords and real estate providers.
  • Define and execute Workplace Strategy and direction – vision for geography, future proofing, talent strategy and technology/digital agenda.
  • Set Goals and standards for services for an innovative digital workforce and in a digital workplace environment, including real estate, life safety, environmental management and sustainability, customer services management, space utilization, asset management, other office services.
  • Responsible for Workplace business continuity, risk management and employee health and safety from Workplace perspective.
  • Work closely with and Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to take action in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions
  • Lead the relationship management between Workplace Solutions and other customer groups, Corporate Functions and user groups to ensure correct alignment with business priorities.
  • The role is part of Corporate functions leadership team. Responsible for representing Workplace with other functional leadership (all Accenture businesses, CIO, Finance, Real Estate, CIO, HR, Legal, etc.). Participate/partner/lead initiatives related to larger Corporate functions.
  • Managing a team of 60+ people spread across locations. Preparing our people for future by providing leadership, direction, development and supervision within the areas of responsibility (including succession planning, talent and people development strategy)
  • 15+ years of Industry experience preferably with large corporates.
  • Experience in managing local-global stakeholders and managing multi-location environment.
  • Proven experience with managing large portfolio and budgets.
  • Strong leadership credentials and track record of managing complexity.
  • Managing large teams and multiple stakeholders including C-Suite.
  • Strong on strategy and keen observer of tech trends and development in the areas of future Workplace and employee of future.
