Main Responsibilities
This role will be major lead and recruiting team point of contact to support business growth in Accenture. The Individual will work with the business HR lead and business stakeholders to understand the business environment and short term/long term business expansion plans, create recruiting plan and sourcing strategy to meet business hiring demands target, ensure delivery efficiency in collaboration with supply & demand team and other function teams.
  1. Understand business priorities and talent growth strategy, to define recruiting strategy for commitment of hiring targets delivery with market insight.
  2. Ensure recruiting process efficiency, continuous optimization, and team maturity/ delivery capability development continuously
  3. Responsible for internal communication across recruiting team, business stakeholders and multiple function team for efficient collaboration
  4. Monitor recruiting delivery process vs demands/hiring /recruiting targets and commit delivery on time
  5. To watch and create pipeline efficiency, market insights, improve market awareness and branding image. Communicate with internal function teams / business stakeholders, for job description and new position opened;
  6. Communicate with candidates for initial selection
  7. Watch and proper monitoring recruiting score cards under target
Recruitment operations
  1. Focusing on key positions that are experiencing a short-fall in qualified candidates.
  2. Coordinate with business hiring manager/s and BUHR on hiring requests;
  3. Analyzing present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods, to include using advanced various search techniques (if resources available) for identifying qualified candidates.
  4. Networking with Industry associations, both in large established organizations as well as online professional interest groups.
  5. Developing and implementing communication templates and plans for targeted solicitations of interest and referral requests.
  6. Seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research and solicitations to relevant individuals and organizations.
  7. Ability to synthesize job requirements and develop a search from the information provided.
  8. Capable of pro-actively requesting changes to job descriptions as needed.
  9. Excellent knowledge of the capabilities of the internet for data acquisition, and advanced keyword-search familiarity.
  10. Experience with job postings, both online and in print.
  11. Familiar with branding, marketing and advertising efforts as it relates to recruitment.
  12. Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
  13. High comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations.
  14. Selection and interview for professional level hiring;
  15. Report hiring status of Service businesses;
Main Requirements
NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization, MNC matrix experience preferred.
  1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required;
  2. Have 9+ years recruiting experience and 3 years+ regional /multiple business REC management exp
  3. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is also highly preferred;
  4. Must be flexible and able to work as part of a remote team.
  5. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.
  6. Think creatively, with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for areas of improvement;
  7. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written)
  8. Conflict management skills;
  9. Strong Organizational skills;
  10. Must be able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management, both within Accenture as well as within the industry;
  11. Proficient in email communications;
  12. Can understand clients requirements clearly;
  13. Have deep understanding of job descriptions;
  14. Detailed, focused and possess good analytical skills
  15. Creative, innovation, always try and optimize new solutions to breaking bottle neck if hiring pipeline and delivery
