    Key responsibilities:


    • This role will define the overarching thought leadership and Solution Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Digital HR Technologies for our clients.

    • Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the HR Roadmap and Blueprints, and enable the best Employee Experiences.

    • Responsible for completing the Solution Briefs and Technology Points of View facilitating resolution to Key HR Architect Decisions

    • This role will build deep client relationships at senior levels and work with colleagues within Accenture Technology, Accenture Digital and the CMT practice to orchestrate these new technology solutions.

    • This role will bring targeted Accenture assets and offering to client situations, leveraging knowledge gathered through connecting with Accenture’s lines of business and inquiry into client pain points.

    • Advance thought leadership within CMT on how we help our HR clients achieve their strategic business and tactical business goals using New IT, Cloud & Software platforms and emerging technology, such as AI.

  • Professional experience & qualifications At least 10 years’ experience in HR technology and architecture consulting, with specific exposure to some of the following areas: Proven ability to shape and lead HR digital transformation in collaboration with our partners within and outside of Accenture. Knowledge of the main HRMS cloud solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle Cloud), as well as experience in HR specific AI (e.g. analytics, RPA) solutions. Knowledge and experience in delivering technology enabled change to an organsiation. An ability to identify opportunities for value creation based on this deep understanding of Digital HR. A passion and commitment to Digital HR and a drive to influence the way these are evolving and delivered. Extensive Solution Definition and Portfolio rationalisation experience, with professional qualification a bonus. Including evident experience and knowledge of - System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical), Model Driven Architecture Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints Application and Integration patterns An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view. Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences Ability to define architecture components and patterns for integration services specifically for HR/ Payroll Understanding of respective architecture layers (business, information, application, technology) Ability to depict the integration technology conceptually, logically and physically
