Through the delivery of the program / projects, the Talent and HRT Director will guide the solution and lead the program to ensure its success across multiple dimensions; Business, IT, Schedule, Cost and Integrity.

This role will define the overarching thought leadership and Solution Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Digital HR Technologies for our clients.
Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the HR Roadmap and Blueprints, and enable the best Employee Experiences.
Responsible for completing the Solution Briefs and Technology Points of View facilitating resolution to Key HR Architect Decisions
This role will build deep client relationships at senior levels and work with colleagues within Accenture Technology, Accenture Digital and the CMT practice to orchestrate these new technology solutions.
This role will bring targeted Accenture assets and offering to client situations, leveraging knowledge gathered through connecting with Accenture’s lines of business and inquiry into client pain points.
Advance thought leadership within CMT on how we help our HR clients achieve their strategic business and tactical business goals using New IT, Cloud & Software platforms and emerging technology, such as AI.
