Job Summary
Deal with most administration work at Corporate Service team as a main administrator. Such as payments process, accounting list, filing, Business Card and warehouse management.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks of the warehouse program including send the reminder, collect data and apply for approval etc.
  • Conduct the business card for Japan employee.
  • Process the payment program including checking receipt, apply for the order, request payment etc.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to leverage the available skills and resources
  • Monitor progress of activities to ensure requirements and milestones are met
  • Drive activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs)
  • Develop modifications or innovations to address limitations of existing approaches to a problem
  • Drive improvements, Innovation and new practices
  • Proactively contributes to employee concerns / engagement and team morale

Qualifications
Education:                    To be determined by geography.
Work Experience:          Previous customer service experience required.
Work Requirements:   Overtime may be required.
 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Commitment to accuracy.  Attention to detail is essential.
  • Fluent Japanese and Basic English.
