We are growing and constantly expanding the Management Consulting Team in China. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Customer & Channel professionals.
Working Conditions:  
  • Working Locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hongkong as the optional locations to be the base location
  • Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across China, but also other global locations, for short or long term
  • Willing to travel min. 60% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Practice Overview:
The Sales Transformation team works with our client’s sales organizations, enabling and driving the Chief Sales Officer’s Agenda – across all facets of Sale functions namely strategy, operations, enablement, spend optimization, pricing management, talent optimization, and digital selling. Our engagements drive improvements in business by delivering real tangible results for our clients with go to market strategies, optimized process and operational efficiencies and improved sales organization structure.  
The team is comprised of a talented set of individuals, with deep capabilities across the Sales domain, primarily with experience in CHT, FS and Products industries. Our team brings on board their experience from some of the best organizations worldwide to leverage their deep understanding of Sales functions to deliver value to our clients.
We are looking for similar passionate and driven sales professionals to help design, develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our client’s sales organizations. The candidate selected for this role will bring deep domain skills to help clients with strategy and business planning to improve their sales organizations in each of the sub domains mentioned above. We need people who think innovatively, are committed towards quality, are logical thinkers, and communicate effectively.
Management consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
Sales professionals design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.
As a Senior Manager(S&CS lead) you will be responsible for:
  • Leadership responsibilities:  Focus on growing the practice by ensuring the right strategies and actions are in place. Achieve the target metrics on productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, head count growth, controlling attrition and high degree of engagement from the team and maintaining exception delivery quality
  • Engagement Management:  Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client/ client team
  • Business Development: Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.
  • People Development:  Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Domain Development:  Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
  • Work on designing and implementing plans on sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, territory management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization:
