Job Summary
  • Provides global support to the Ecosystem Resale APAC Lead and APAC GU Leads and Ecosystem Sales Directors (ESDs), reporting to the Global Resale Operations Lead based on Buenos Aires.
  • As part of the Global Resale Operations team, manage also some processes for the Global Program.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Forecasting (Global Support)
  • Produce monthly SCM Pipeline Audits with recommendations for (ESDs)
  • Drive the forecasting process in conjunction with the GU Resale leads
  • Ensure ESDs maintain complete and accurate SCM Pipeline/Forecast Data
  • Pipeline Reporting and Forecasted Commits by Area, OG, ESD
  • Forecasting accuracy. Gap Analysis on Expected DR Finish vs. DR Plan by Quarter
  • Participate in forecast review calls with GU Leads and Global Resale Leadership
  • Organize and Facilitate pipeline call with GU Lead and ESDs
  • Assist with lead generation, providing list of top services opportunities
Issue Resolution Metrics
  • Performance Tracking of all Metrics by Area, Partner, Vendor, and ESD (Booked Revenue: Direct Revenue, ATF,// Pipeline Opportunities (Landscape metric) //Quarterly Forecasted Commits)
  • Track ESD Performance For Bonus Compensation (quarterly)
Financial Management
  • Producing Financial Reports for leadership as needed (leveraging global program reports as appropriate)
  • Data Analysis (leveraging global program reports as appropriate) – Track Level of AS integration and Penetration within the OG/OU/CSG – Identify Key Clients, Comparison against other OGs/OUs/CSGs
  • Identify and Manage Other Areas that will be used as Key Indicators to Track Program Performance
  • Management of BD & MDI Budgets against Plan
  • Submit estimated finish by ESD for the purposes of bonus accruals
  • Manage ESDs Direct Involvement process globally: reporting, validate ESDs DI submissions, obtain the corresponding approvals, mark them as verified on SCM.
  • Validate Asset Mark up pre and post approval for APAC ESDs
  • Support the GU FY Planning Process
  • Work with APAC Leads providing business performance reports as reuired
  • Support APAC Lead on gathering GU feedback to construct recommendations on GU structure, short term strategy, and long term vision of the resale organization
  • Cascade Program strategy for FY Planning
  • Update the plan throughout the year as necessary
Knowledge Management
  • Develop and Maintain the Sales Work Site SharePoint
  • Maintain distribution lists
  • Coordinate with OG KX Personnel to Include Partner Specific Content
  • Meetings
  • Assist in planning, organizing and facilitating APAC GU Resale Leader Meetings (Stakeholder, Resale OG leaders meetings) (Drive Agenda Creation/Content Development //Logistics/Coordination // Budget)
  • Train ESDs (E&V program, materials/accesses, SCM tool, operational processes, etc.)
  • Organize and facilitate training events for groups as needed (SME Calls, New Policies, Metrics, etc.)
  • Prepare communication materials for GU Lead to be used in stakeholder discussions
  • Clearly articulate Ecosystem & Resale Fulfilment strategies, GU processes, and other communications to all levels of the APAC Organization

Reports to
Resale Global Operations Lead (Manager based on Buenos Aires), APAC Resale Lead (Associate Director based in Sydney).
Work closely with APAC GU Resale Leads and ESDs
External Relationship
Occasionally could interact with Accenture Partners
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
5+ years of work experience, ideally experience in Operations Support or Finance roles.
Work Requirements
  • May be required to work from home occasionally
  • May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Proactivity, confidence and poise in interactions with executives
  • Team building, coaching and training delivery
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
  • Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company
