Job Summary
 Work as responsible finance leader on client / account levels;
 Work with client and engagement Executives to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and perform various
financial analytics work, including pricing reviewing and checking; revenue recognition & phasing, forecast &
Planning; Cost monitoring; Financial trends and variance analyses; and establishing key performance indicators
(KPIs) and engagement metrics
 Trusted advisor to improve account profitability and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
 Ensure engagement-level U.S. GAAP and company compliance;
 Work with the delivery team lead on project pricing review and calculation;
 Project on going stage, execute the budget monitoring, forecast on different scenarios; explain the variance;
and mitigation plan implementation;
 Working capital management to improve the company cash flow position;
 Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics, lead monthly financial
reviews with Senior Executives and advise management in decision making
 Pipeline review and Quarterly forecast / Annual account plan;
 Conduct training sessions for senior management and team
 Support the CFM executives in scheduling and recruiting for CFM service delivery team
 Other on ad hoc task.

 Reports to: CFM Geographic Unit Lead and CFM Senior Manager;
 Supervises: CFM Specialists and CFM Analysts
 External Relationships: Engagement Senior Executives, Unit Leads and Executives, Client Executives
 Education: Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting
 Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc:
 Work Experience: 10+ years of work experience, 2-3 years at Big 4 is a plus;
 Work Requirements: May require travel while working out of town at client sites
