Basic Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degrees and with good oral and written English, Mandarin is must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, 
  • Have ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and project managers.
  • Working experience in China is not necessary

Consultant Level
  • 3-7 years working experience with at least 1-2 years of experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
  • Minimum 1-2 years project and team management experience
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives.
  • Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
  • Experience in Change Management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle
  • Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management.
  • Have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • MBA / Technical Master’s degrees  
  • Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus
  • Experience in change management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle etc is a plus
  • Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc...)
  • Background in individual and/or organizational psychology would be a plus
