Bill Theofilou is senior managing director and global lead for CEO & Enterprise Strategy within Accenture Strategy. His role focuses on helping CEOs become more competitive by addressing their company’s growth and cost challenges concurrently.
Bill has more than 20 years of experience restructuring companies for profitable growth, developing new go-to-market models and growth strategies, and aligning organizational and cost structures to support strategy. He has led successful engagements across multiple industries, working closely with life science, healthcare and consumer goods clients around the globe. He is also a thought leader in integrating consumer insights into operational decisions and exporting consumer packaged goods' best practices into other sectors.
Bill joined Accenture Strategy with the acquisition of Axia in 2015, where he was founder and CEO. Prior to Axia, he led major engagements at The Lucas Group, where he developed the firm's European practice and later served as director. Previously, he held various roles in publishing.
Bill studied economics, marketing and philosophy at Babson College. He is based in Boston, United States.
