Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the project life cycle: requirements gathering and analysis, solution design testing and implementation, post-production support, and platform evolution.
- Assist the application team with the installation, maintenance and support of the Software components on various Windows Servers. (Terminal Server, SQL Server, Jboss Server, BPS Server, Print Server, DR servers)
- Daily cooperation with different teams and customers.
- Reporting to the management team about the progress of the Installations.
- Close collaboration and alignment with Project Managers about the project milestones.
- Performing the Installations (application relevant) by predefined instruction documents.
- Running the (application relevant) Oracle Database updates and applying patches.
- Creating necessary documentation for each step of installation
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to create and present clear architecture diagrams and system design documentation.
- Experience with installing applications per the provided installation instructions and Configuration, Change and Release Management Process Guides
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems for aspects related to database management.
- Experience with Firewall configuration settings.
- Experience with LDAP/Active Directory configuration settings.
- Experience in complex architectures with databases: clustering, replication (Availability Groups, Mirroring, RAC, DataGuard, etc).
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, JFrog for container orchestration, scaling, and monitoring.
- Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Basic SQL/PLSQL Scripting knowledge.
- HP ALM experience is an advantage.
- ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
- Experience with the documentation methodologies like CSV, and GAMP 5 is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills is needed.
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must, second language is a plus.
