Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
- Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Define test strategies for complex projects.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
- Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.
- Pursue opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
