- Duration: 6-month immersive Academy Training followed with the opportunity for a permanent position upon successful completion
- Location: Zurich, Geneva, Lugano
- Focus areas: Technology (Security, Software Engineering, Data & AI), Strategy & Consulting (Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences), and Song (Financial Services, Consumer Goods)
Your mission
Follow a hands-on, AI-enabled learning journey that takes you from foundational skills to real-life client simulations, industry-specific learning, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Program Structure:
- 7 weeks for intensive, instructor-led learning (Zurich based) that develops your technical, analytical, and consulting capabilities.
- A collaborative Offsite Experience to broaden your perspective and strengthen your network.
- A real-client Project Phase where you apply your knowledge to real client challenges.
Graduates who excel during the Academy will be offered a permanent position at Accenture.

Qualifications
Who you are
- Bachelor's or master's degree holder
- Strong interest and related experience in Technology, Security, Health & Public Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences
- Strategic thinker who challenges norms and proposes innovative approaches. Empathetic collaborator who thrives in team dynamics, purposeful communicator who inspires and engages and curious, fast learner who seeks feedback and reflects on growth
- Able to commit to a 7-week on-location presence at Accenture Zurich Office.
- Business fluent in English (C1) and German or/ and French (C1)
