Junior Consultant Technology Strategy & Advisory (all genders)

Your Mission
As a Junior Consultant (all genders) in Technology Strategy & Advisory, you work at the intersection of business and IT — helping organizations shape their technological future with a sharp eye for what truly creates value.
What awaits you:
- Where strategy meets platform reality
You collaborate with CDOs/CIOs on platform and cloud strategies, define target operating models, governance structures, and KPIs (e.g., availability, change success rate, cost-to-serve). - Design AI investments with foresight
You support leading companies in making the right AI and automation investments — strategic, responsible, and grounded in sustainable business value. - Move future topics forward
From digital business models to innovation and technology management to enterprise architecture — you work in interdisciplinary teams to drive agile ways of working, cloud strategies, and long-term value creation. - Enterprise & domain platforms
You structure platform product catalogs, define interfaces and SLAs, establish SRE/DevOps practices, and orchestrate the operation of platforms such as SAP or ServiceNow based on ITIL 4 processes. - Sourcing & shoring
You analyze make-or-buy scenarios, evaluate providers, design near/offshore delivery models, define SLAs/OLAs, and support transitions and governance (e.g., service integration, performance reviews).
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- A completed university degree with a technical focus, e.g. (Business) Informatics or Business Administration with an IT specialization
- Internships or initial professional experience in strategy consulting or in a strategically oriented role within an industrial company
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and an understanding of their implications for business strategy
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, confidence in client-facing situations, and strong communication abilities
- Clear and effective communication in both German and English
