Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of software engineering and hands-on programming experience in web applications
- Strong knowledge of web standards and protocols, including HTML, CSS, HTTP, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Development
- Proficiency in at least one of the high-demand JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue)
- Familiarity with Frontend Dev Tools (Gulp.js, webpack, Chrome Dev Tools etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery) is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX concerns, Progressive Web Applications and CSS preprocessors (SASS, Less) is plus
- Familiarity with one of the jss libraries and npm ecosystem is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high degree of intellectual capability
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of rich client web applications, ensuring high performance and a superior user experience
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on and implement new technologies and innovations to enhance development processes
- Drive improvements in delivery quality and efficiency across the organization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, deliverables and manage expectations across teams and stakeholders
