Qualifications
We’re looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to join our dynamic Use Case Development team. This team is responsible for building end-to-end data-driven solutions using cloud technologies and modern data platforms. From ingesting and transforming data to creating intuitive front-end interfaces, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful use cases that drive business value.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud-native tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing (UAT) and release.
- Work with modern data platforms and visualization tools to deliver insights.
Key Technologies
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EMR, Glue, S3, Lambda, ECS, ECR, Kinesis, IAM, Athena, DynamoDB, CodeBuild, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, CDK, RDS, Networking & Security Groups)
- Data Engineering: Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, Kafka (Streaming)
- Infrastructure: Terraform
- Visualization: QuickSight
- Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript
- Data Platforms: Palantir Foundry
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in cloud data engineering and building production-grade pipelines.
- Proficient in Python and PySpark for data processing.
- Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with modern data platforms and visualization tools.
- Comfortable working across the SDLC and engaging with business stakeholders.
